Course programme

“Enhance the quality of diabetes care for your patients and implement the latest guidelines when working with adults or children with diabetes”

Globally, around 347 million people are living with diabetes and in the UK, it is predicted that by 2030, 5 million people will live with diabetes.

There is an emphasis on diabetes commissioning and the need for input and care provision from specialist teams, so that all health care professionals involved in diabetes care can implement the latest guidelines.

As a practitioner with an interest in the management of adults or children living with diabetes, you’ll benefit from this module either to improve your current practice, or as career development at post graduate level.

You can take the module on its own, or as part of our MSc Diabetes Care course.
