The training offered by FCTV will enable you to become a sharpener. You will acquire solid skills that will enable you to master the art of handling sharp objects. The skills you acquire on this course will enable you to take advantage of a wide range of professional opportunities.

About this course
This 120-hour course will enable you to master the different rules and methods for sharpening and remoulding sharp objects under all parameters. You will learn how to manage a sharpening and remoulding business. You will be able to repair clippers and learn how to sell services and equipment.
The course is based on more than 50% hands-on practice. You will have the opportunity to practise directly on water reels, dry reels and lapidary with quality control tools. In addition to the lessons, you will take part in debates, discussions and practical exercises. This two-pronged approach ensures that you have a firm grasp of the theoretical concepts.
This training course is aimed at anyone wishing to work as a grinder-skimmer.
