    A Level

Full time training, normally three days per week, for students with a keen interest in agricultural engineering who are either intending to join the trade or wish to progress to level 2. Training includes the repair, servicing and maintenance of a wide range of agricultural and land-based machinery. As part of the programme learners will also complete essential skills and the welsh baccalaureate qualification.  Opportunities will also be provided for GCSEs in English and Mathematics.

  • Essential underpinning knowledge giving the theory behind the practical tasks carried out.
  • Workshop practical and theory training.

On successful completion of this course students are able to progress to the Intermediate IMI Level 2 full time for 1 year following a successful interview process.
