This course will provide you with a good grounding in key subject areas such as husbandry and behaviour, as well as allowing you to tailor the course to your own area of interest within the field of animal management, for example, wildlife or domestic animals. You will also gain the skills which are adaptable to a range of animal industries, along with the knowledge necessary to work with a range of species. Both years of the course include relevant work experience which is supported with assistance from your tutor.

A minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grace C or above, or a BTEC First Diploma with a minimum of 20 points; plus a minimum of 80 UCAS points (which may include Key Skills at level 2 or above) including study of 2 A levels to A2 level, or a BTEC National Diploma; plus a satisfactory reference. Equivalent qualifications may be considered.
