The Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1992 require you to provide adequate and appropriate equipment, facilities and personnel to enable first aid to be given to employees if they are injured or become ill at work.

This 1 day course is aimed at anyone wishing to achieve ‘appointed person’ status within their Workplace. This course will also enable delegates to take charge in a situation where an accident involving illness occurs during the absence of a First Aider.

The trainers used for this course are registered with the Health & Safety Executive and hold formal training qualifications. The majority of our trainers are also registered paramedics with the Health Professions Council. On successful completion of the course delegates will be issued with a certificate of attendance.
