More and more organisations, both large and small, are understanding the benefits of good project management. Well run projects delivered on budget and on time avoid overspend and/or lost income as a result of the product or service not being ready for market.

The Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship is an effective way to develop staff or bring new skills to a business. Projects, large or small, can be defined and delivered within different contexts, across diverse industry sectors. Apprentices work as part of a project team, building on planning, organisation, leadership and communication skills, helping ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Benefits to an organisation can include:
Confidence that projects can be delivered on time and within budget
Creating a ‘success’ culture
Workplace projects that add value in the workplace immediately
A rounded course that delivers not just classroom knowledge, but genuine ‘real-life’ competence
Proactive risk management embedded throughout the organisation
Validated by the Association for Project Management (APM) and delivered by Bournemouth & Poole College, the Apprenticeship combines part time study days at college with workplace learning.
