Apprenticeship in Care Leadership and Management Level 5

Core units you will explore:

• Safeguarding and protection of vulnerable adults and understand safeguarding of children
• Lead and manage group living (for residential management)
• Lead person-centred practice
• Undertake a research project

Option units will be agreed according to job role and responsibilities.

Entry Requirements

You must be 19+ and employed in an appropriate setting, with management responsibilities, or be working towards management/leadership level.  Job role examples include: registered managers, managers, assistant managers, deputy managers, senior care/support workers/supervisors, coordinators, team leaders.
