Apprenticeship for The Early Years Practitioner (Early Years Educator) Level 3

You will attend college for between half a day and one day per week.

Topics studied include:

• Employment responsibilities and rights
• Effective communication
• Equality and inclusion
• Child development
• Safeguarding
• Working in partnership

Entry Requirements

You must have an employer to support you through your Apprenticeship and give you time off work to attend college.  Many people find their own job or are already employed, but if not college staff can try and help find you employment.  There can be no guarantee of employment, however.

You are required to have both English and Maths at level 1.
