A good standard of Literacy and Numeracy - Level 2 qualifications (GCSE/Key Skills) preferred.
Level 3 (A Level or equivalent) qualification in the subject you teach for the Certificate in Education
This course requires that you are employed to teach or train for at least 150 hours during the programme which normally lasts for 2 years. You will need to nominate a subject specialist mentor for the course. The mentor will support you from a subject specialist perspective.
Students without the necessary qualifications but with relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.
