Apprenticeship in Process Technology Level 3

• Process Chemistry
• Process Calculations and Process Science
• Heat Transfer and Fluid Flow
• Distillation in process industries
• Principles in process control and fault diagnosis
• Principle of process quality
• Sampling and laboratory analysis in process industries
• Principles of separation of insoluble solids from liquids

Entry Requirements

An apprentice should be employed in a role where they can be assessed in the workplace and should be able to provide evidence from the job role for assessment against the qualification criteria.

Candidates must have completed all requirements for Process Manufacturing Apprenticeship Level 2.
