This programme presents architectural technology as a discrete discipline and brings together important aspects of architecture, civil engineering, services engineering, environmental science and building information modelling in a practical and industry.
You will develop sought after workplace skills in project management – including costing, scheduling, resourcing, quality and risk assessment, legislations and legal issues, facilities maintenance and operations. These skills are enhanced through real life projects with our partnerships in industry in UK and abroad.

About this course
The degree focuses on both creating architectural form/function, and also understanding how modern buildings work turning conceptual designs and drawings into a practical building project. Building Information Modelling (BIM) techniques are used in all aspects of the programme, and you will be introduced to new, efficient and lean methodologies in construction technologies, processes, people, policies and standards.
