A firm understanding of the skills and techniques which underpin great negotiation valuable to novices starting out and those looking to formalise their experience alike. As you develop through the course there will be frequent low pressure opportunities to practise in negotiations with your classmates.

The course will comprise talks, discussions, and exercises practising specific skills and techniques and role-played scenarious to practise negotiation. Students will receive feedback from the tutor and from their peers. As part of the course content, your tutor may record your image for initial and ongoing assessment purposes. You are entitled to decline to participate in the recording of your image.
