It will examine the various techniques, methodologies and approaches that businesses can apply to enhance their buyer-supplier relationships, creating situations where both parties can add value during contract negotiations to achieve “win-win” situations.
The knowledge gained will enable buyers to practically assess their current approach, explore their strengths and weakness, identify potential opportunities that could exist and the possible threats to the sustainability of their supply chain.

Applying the learning will aid the development of successful long-term co-operation based relationships.
