Course programme

The Master’s programme in Artificial Intelligence is taught at the Faculty of Social Science. It has a course load of 120 EC* (two years). The foundation courses are compulsory and give students of all specialisations of AI vital general knowledge about the current state of AI research and its potential implications on society. Reasoning about the AI approach to understanding human cognition is an inspiring way to pose and re-think philosophical questions. Students are trained in this so that they’ll be able to develop a broad intellectual viewpoint. The foundation courses also teach students basic academic skills such as writing and developing a research plan.
