Entry Requirements
Applicants should have a good Honours degree in a relevant/related subject.
Admission is normally by interview and an assessment of suitability. Alternatively, prospective students may demonstrate equivalent qualifications, experience and knowledge relevant to the MA programme.

Course programme
The course is designed to enable students from a variety of disciplines, e.g. Fashion and Textiles, Fine Art, Graphic Media, 3D Design and Craft, Music and Performing Arts, Arts Administration and Management to extend their practice in relation to the broader social economic and environmental plans. It has a strong practical and critical focus, and draws on the substantial cross disciplinary experience of the lecturing team as well as visiting professional artists, designers, performers and administrators.
This programme is delivered through a combination of lectures, seminars, tutorials, demonstrations, theoretical and practical investigation, competitions, commissions, field trips and self directed study.
Career Opportunities
Employment and self employment in a range of community and commercial positions including; artist, designer, performer, recorder, administrator, teacher, facilitator, technician, demonstrator, and workshop organiser. A wide range of creative industries are hungry for individuals with communication, administrative and practical skills.
