This course is a diverse and extensive course investigating all areas of sport and performance. The course aims to develop knowledge and skills to help understand the opportunities for and effects of leading a healthy and active lifestyle. Into the second year the candidates expand on these areas further and begin to analyse their own performance and explore the ways in which they can improve.
