This is a full-day course suitable for anyone wishing to become more assertive as well as boosting self-esteem and confidence.
This personal development programme is designed to give delegates the skills needed to increase self-esteem and develop unshakeable self-confidence.
Aims of the Course
During the programme, you will learn how to:
· Develop and maintain an ‘assertive’ outlook, enhance your communication skills and set higher, more challenging goals for your personal, business and career development. · Manage your thoughts and feelings so that you are in control of your emotions. · Develop your self-esteem, self-confidence and attitude control so that you have more choices and more influence over situations.
