Auto electrician course

The electrician is the expert in the installation, repair and maintenance of electrical and electronic parts of motor vehicles. It deals with the electrical system of a vehicle (battery, starter motor, alternator, fuses, cables and connectors), and all the devices present that work thanks to electricity (headlights and lights system, alarm, GPS, air conditioning system , central locking, digital displays and dashboards, windows, mirrors and electric seats ...). It can work on all types of vehicles, both light (such as cars, motorcycles, vans and campers) and heavy (trucks, buses and coaches) - for private, commercial and industrial use. The main areas of intervention of the electrician are three: the repair of electrical parts in case of failure, the installation of new appliances, routine maintenance. In the event of malfunctions and breakdowns affecting the electrical and electronic system of a vehicle, the auto electrician carries out a diagnosis of the system involved (to repair mechanical failures the reference professional is the car mechanic instead). Thanks to mostly computerized diagnostic tools, it identifies the origins of the fault and estimates the time and costs of the intervention necessary to repair the vehicle. If there are any damaged electrical components, the auto electrician takes care of ordering spare parts, removing the defective elements and replacing them. Once the repair is complete, carry out laboratory tests, inspections and road tests to verify the effectiveness of the repair and ensure that the vehicle is in perfect working order.
