Course overview This level 4 Award is designed for learners who are currently employed as teachers/lecturers who wish to undertake training in this area as Continuing Professional Development. The aims of the qualification are to enable learners to use learning technology in curriculum delivery, to plan the curriculum to incorporate the use of learning technologies, to develop a learning technology tool kit and to determine own personal development needs. The duration of the course is six months and will be delivered by six classroom sessions (one a month) with reaminder of the delivery online following a blended format. This qualification is part of the suite of Digital learning design qualifications which have been developed to enable educators to fulfil the requirements of the Further Education Learning Technology Action Group (FELTAG) report. After completing this qualification you can go onto the Diploma in Digital Learning Design. Entry requirements A certificate in education and training or equivalent.
