Course programme

On completion of this course you will be able to teach 'spin' classes. It is done over 2 days with a little course reading done before the face to face teaching. The course consists of two mandatory units which are Plan and Prepare a Group Indoor Cycling Session and Instruct and Evaluate a Group Indoor Cycling Session. You need to be a level 2 instructor in order to come onto this course.

The course is two full teaching days which will be a mixture of theory and practical. Assessment is done through the marking of lesson plans, practical examinations and an evaluation.
