This innovative programme combines the study of both English literature and the English language in its many varieties and uses, with a minor programme that introduces students to a wide range of skills and disciplines associated with the use of English in the media, communications and journalism. This programme is primarily aimed at native and second language speakers of English, or very advanced EFL speakers. An alternative programme for very advanced EFL speakers is English Studies with Journalism. For competent EFL speakers, the Communication (EFL) and Media Studies programme, offers a degree with a related but somewhat different focus.Modules available on this course
