I have had some bad experience but had some good memories too. The lecturers are so helpful and informative. They are always up for help and put in so much effort out of their way as well.

Art History provides a first-class rounded education and excellent intellectual training. While the primary focus is on the visual arts, the subject also touches on many other traditional humanities disciplines such as literature, history, religion, languages, classics, psychology and philosophy, with which it provides natural subject combinations. Students acquire skills of critical and historical analysis and the ability to evaluate evidence and present arguments fluently, both orally and in writing. The History of Art with Spanish programme enables you to study Spanish at level appropriate to your existing knowledge. This provides a preparation for working in an international context to complement the graduate skills developed in the History of Art Major. Students without Spanish GCSE or equivalent can take a term of intensive Spanish in September before starting their Art History with Spanish programme in January.
