About this course

Admission will only be offered to direct entry students articulating into Year 3 with a minimum of credits, or students who have successfully completed Year 2 of Hospitality Management and therefore likewise hold credits.  Our entry requirements indicate the minimum qualifications with which we normally accept students.Competition for places varies from year to year and you aren't guaranteed a place if you meet the minimum qualifications. This course addresses the increasing importance of well-designed and managed service delivery, and customer care and satisfaction, in the successful development and growth of hospitality and related service operations. Designed for students who wish to build on their previous learning,you can enter directly into Year 3 or 4 depending on your prior qualifications. You may transfer in from another degree course, even if it's from another university, or you may have successfully completed an HND in a related area at college. You’ll develop a detailed knowledge and understanding of the practices and principles appropriate to a career in the hospitality and service industry.
