This degree is for students interested in culture on the one hand, how people live, understand, and interact within particular environments and how international development affects social change on the other.
You will explore all aspects of cultural diversity alongside the local impacts of the different aspects of international development (economic growth, social and cultural transformation).
You will have the opportunity to draw on other disciplines (economics, geography, politics) to better understand how policy and practice can be improved through greater anthropological engagement.

What I would highlight: I loved it, no complaints at all! I originally started at a different university but wanted to change my course and UEA gave me the opportunity to do it. I am so pleased I was able to transfer straight into the second year of the course and I excelled in my academic journey there.
