BA International Relations with French

The course provide a rigorous and wide-ranging study of international relations, combined with a significant grounding in French. It covers international relations theory, the history of the international system, foreign policy analysis, international organisations, war and conflict, and area studies (specific countries and regions).Students will develop important skills of value to employers: the ability to analyse concepts, write well, assess published work, communicate (including making oral presentations), determine the validity of opposing points of view, and undertake independent research.
