Norwich is an excellent city. Nice clubs, the warmest people and a very good university UEA. Its campus is huge and all the lecturers are young and keen to help. Really search and find your accommodation in advance, preferably before getting there.

I really enjoyed the experience! It is a unique opportunity to academically and personally develop oneself.

Norwich
This programme allows you to study creative writing for each of the major dramatic media - theatre, cinema, television and radio - combined with practical, critical and historical studies in dramatic literature and performance. You will be introduced to the specific conventions, formats and techniques of scriptwriting for different forms, and will learn by writing scenes and short scripts under the tuition of professional playwrights.
Working alongside students on other programmes, you will develop your writing skills in the context of an understanding of many aspects of theatre work, including acting, rehearsal and production methods, and you will be able to take part in production and practical project work in all three years, and have the same access to performance and placement opportunities.
An important adjunct to the course is the highly regarded Minotaur Student Theatre Company, which enables you to gain additional performance, technical and scriptwriting experience.
