The exam was overall easy to book since there were a lot of dates and was even able to do it at home.
They gave me a reminder for the exam when I downloaded the exam software on my laptop. It had the countdown days and time.
On the exam there was a tutor online to support me in case I needed help with instructions and guided me in navigating through the preliminary part of the exam. Once I completed the exam, I got my result immediately instead of having to nervously wait for it. Thank goodness I did pass and a day later I received my e-certificate with the option of paying for the hard-copy if I wanted.

The online modules are very good but you need a little background knowledge I would say. Also purchasing the book and reading the chapters as they advise is extremely helpful to retaining the information. The book is quite expensive though so I am hoping it covers both courses requirements.

About the course:
The course is well designed and easy to navigate. The presentations are clear, calm, concise and well structured. The anxiety of tackling something new dissipated surprisingly quickly. The customer service team were also helpful.
You simply can not go wrong with these guys. Having used them for both foundation and practitioner APMG change management exams and passing within 10 days, will use them for Prince2 as well. Could not recommend any higher.
