About the course:
Good course for an audio learner. Some of the graphics are a bit small, so you need the book as well. The practice questions IMO are better than the exam questions as the test your knowledge of the intent of MSP, not the specific words. Sadly, MSP (etc) are still hung up on specifics, so be careful - you must do VERY well on the practices to pass the exams well.

Very well administered. Easy to book. Exam was tougher than expected in that it's not the usual '4 multi-choice questions with one obviously not correct and another unlilkely'; all 4 options were possible and it took some thinking through. Good, solid test of understanding the subject matter.

Package was a good price. Company were easy to contact and very responsive. The e-learning slides were informative but I'd suggest buying the manual to complement your understanding. Make sure you're very knowledgeable before you put in for the exam. I found the foundation exam very different to the practice exams and it took a lot of thinking about (maybe that was just me). I've only completed the foundation which I've passed so am still working towards the practitioner.

This review is of the combined package MSP Foundation and Practitioner Course and Exam. The Balance Global material was excellent and compared well with other on-line tuition services; the module tasks were helpful and relevant; and the test questions were useful in terms of identifying areas of weakness. This was all delivered effectively and without delay at a very reasonable price, and together with the sample questions and syllabus information available on the Axelos web-site prepared me well for the MSP Foundation and Practitioner examinations.

Very good course and material. The only reason not to leave 5 stars is that the example questions and mock exams are sufficiently different in format to the actual exam for it to be a little disorienting when taking that exam.
