This day is for the absolute beginner or those wishing to dig a bit deeper in to their trade......and is all about how to become a professional bartender!
The initial focus is on the role of the bartender. Following that are bar basics, such as bar set up, glassware, tools of the trade, etc, before moving on to product knowledge of spirits and distillation techniques. The second half of the day is spent behind the bar learning about drink making techniques, speed, efficiency, multiple order taking and the all important customer service.
