Basic CPR

CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) buys time, and keeps the brain, and vital organs alive by supplying a small amount of oxygen. This course is a 3 hour course which covers the basic skill of administering CPR. You will learn the ABC's of Primary Care and the very latest CPR techniques.

This course is ideal for anyone wanting to update their CPR skills, or anyone interested in learning how to administer CPR to anyone who has suffered Cardiac Arrest.

We also run CPR Updates for Doctors and Dentists in Essex, Suffolk, East Anglia. We will come and conduct all training at your practice, at a time to suit yourselves, as we all know how difficult it is for professional staff to get the time off from work. The Course is not designed for First Aid in the workplace.
