Pre-requisites
All trainees must be over 16 years of age and in good health.
Persons with certain ailments or on certain medication may not be able to take part in the practical sessions.

Further training is required to enable candidates to teach manual handling in the workplace.
This course can be run in conjunction with the "Manual Handling" course.
Sensible shoes and work clothing are required.
