Beautiful Buttercream Icing For cupcakes

Course review:

This class is ideal for anyone who would like to be able to decorate their own cupcakes to make them look beautiful. You do NOT need to have any previous experience in cake decorating but you do need to be over 16.

:::YOU WILL LEARN HOW TO:::
Make vanilla flavoured buttercream frosting at the right constistency to pipe beautiful toppings for your cakes.
I will show you the rose swirl technique and you will have plenty of time to master this technique with 2 different nozzles which each produce a slightly different effect.
You will also learn how colour the buttercream in order to make gorgeous two tone rose swirls which you will also be able to master.
You will then learn how to use the effective grass piping nozzle which can be used for a variety of effects.
By the end of the class you will have mastered these techniques and will have decorated 12 cupcakes to take home.

:::EQUIPMENT:::
All the equipment you need to master these techniques will be provided for the class (nozzles, colours, cutters etc etc) All you need to bring is an apron.

You will leave with a fact sheet describing the techniques you have learnt as well as the recipe for our tasty buttercream including my secret top flavour tip!

You will leave the class with a whole lot of new skills and of course a box of 12 cupcakes which you will have decorated yourself!
