This enjoyable Summer Course teaches the basic techniques and skills required for Beauty, Fashion, Casualty and Special Effects work in the Film, TV and Fashion industries. it is suitable for students from 16 years upwards. No previous experience is required, although a genuine interest in make-up and hair is essential.

Programme Structure

The Programme is divided into 6 weekly modules. They can be taken altogether as a 6-week course, or as individual weeks.
The first week begins with the basic principles of Beauty make-up, building up to Fashion make-up, Basic Hair, and a week of Fashion make-up and hair combined, and ending with 2 weeks of Casualty and Special Effects. All tutors are top professional make-up artists and hairdressers who are active in the industry, and their years of experience and passion for their work provides inspiration to the students.
