Level 3 Assessor Understanding the Principles and Practices of Assessment is a knowledge-only award for those who are starting their journey as an assessor or those who need to know about assessment is a 3 QCF credits shortly known as TAQA or A1 course. This qualification is intended for those who wish to gain an understanding of the principles and practices of assessment without any requirement to practice as assessors. The Level 3 Assessor qualification provides a pathway for learners to understand assessment and practice.
