Course programme

Learn to make lovely silver jewellery using traditional techniques a great beginners class and an excellent introduction to making silver jewellery. This class runs from 10-5pm and is a fun and intensive day open to anyone and suitable for absolute beginners.

Techniques covered in this class include:
- Sawing
- Soldering
- Annealing
- Sanding and polishing
- Working with silver
- Tools and resources
- How to carry on making silver jewellery after the class
& much more.

Classes are very small with a maximum of 8 students allowing close attention from the tutor. A great day, packed full of techniques and you will have the chance to make 1-2 lovely pieces of jewellery from silver to take home with you.

What you need to bring to this class:

For this class you don't need to bring anything but yourself as everything is provided.

General Info: As with all of our classes, all materials are included in the cost of the class as well as plenty of tea coffee and luxury biscuits! The classes are all run by expert tutors with years of professional experience who are friendly, knowledgeable and approachable.

We take an hour break for lunch and there are plenty of local shops to get food from, or you can always bring a packed lunch to eat in the studio. If you have any questions regarding this, or other courses please don't hesitate to get in touch.
