Course Aims:
To introduce students to this dance form. To promote an enjoyment of the art form and encourage fitness. To improve flexibility, muscle tone and dance ability.
Course Content:
Basic steps, sequences and dance routines. Zil and veil work.
Progression:
There are a variety of other dance and Art & Design courses available.

Leisure course.
Qualification:

Professional Appearance:
No special clothing is required for this course - wear something comfortable. Trousers may be better for floor work.
Duration:
1 hour a week for 12 weeks.
