Course Overview

The Aspire Europe Benefits Management Principles award is an introduction to the theory and practice of pursuing the goals of a change programme. It takes delegates through the concepts and tools of Benefits Management leading to effective control of the process for delivering benefits. The course can lead to a nationally recognised award accredited by EDI following an assessment based in the workplace.

Why should you use Aspire Europe?

This course provides a general overview of benefits management and the responsibilities that go with it.

Aspire Europe is an organisation dedicated to delivering change
through programme management. We see this activity as critical to the success of change in organisations as we have provided consultants to perform this activity in the past.

We look at the tools and techniques that will be helpful day-to-day and identify areas where further development will help. In addition we will explore the different benefits management skills that will be required to maintain a benefits focus in a change programme.

The course is a skills component for the professional development of Business Change Managers and members of a change team. Aspire Europe offers further accredited courses to continue this development.

Public courses are based around a case study.
