BEng (Hons) AERONAUTICAL ENGINEERING

The aim is to provide a programme of study for aeronautical engineers of sufficient width and depth to meet the demands of your profession and to enable you to progress to the status of Chartered Engineer as well. A specific aim of the programme is to promote an active interest in engineering and to encourage you to respond to changes and developments within sustainability, aerodynamics, design engineering, mechanical systems and related wider engineering sector.

The programme, offers hands-on modules, reinforced with strong emphasis on employability via our mental wealth integration strategy into every module. Alongside this, we have very close links with major employers, and our industrial advisory board is already guiding us to further ensure that you are employable in the engineering and related sectors.

The programme is designed using Engineering Council's attributes of Chartered Engineer. This is ensuring the core skills required for the 21st century, are well-integrated into the programme’ curriculum.
