Cleaning Operative Proficiency Certificate (COPC) Assessor

How to:

Assess, train and certificate BICSc COPC. The scheme provides for the qualification of Assessor training and highlights the professional approach of the employing organisation. It does so by setting the standard for the levels of skills achievement that cleaning staff should have.

How does it work?

In order to become an Assessor you must have completed a minimum of ten tasks at Level 1 (COPC). You are then trained to the standard required by The British Institute of Cleaning Science, to show competence in training and assessing candidates to the correct standard. You will gain a greater understanding and confidence in the training and assessing of others.
