On this one-day course, Paddi will show you how to make a gerbera and hibiscus and foliage in a colour or your own choice.
These bold and beautiful blooms would make a stunning focal point for any cake.
You will also learn the correct use of tools and techniques for making sugar flowers using Sugar Florist Paste, and skills including wiring, taping and assembly.
