In this course, I will show you how to generate these leads and what information you need. The course takes you through the process of setting up your marketing channels, capturing lead information, qualifying the lead, and finally, what to do with the lead.Lead generation is the opening phase to property sourcing, deal packaging and investing. Many professional investors seek motivated sellers providing a potential property investment at a discount price, otherwise known as below market value. In other words, they make their money on the purchase of the property rather than relying on the sale. Without leads, you have no business.This course can be taken by anybody from all levels and backgrounds who have an interest in property investment or have aspirations of becoming a property trader. You can even use BMV lead generation as a business in itself selling leads to other investors and property sourcers. Although the course uses UK examples, the lead generation techniques can be used in any country.
