Bookkeeping Pathway Program

Amazing experience! The assessors are very caring towards their students. I would always call weekly with millions of questions or in a stressful confused situation over an assignment and they would always put me at ease and guide me in the correct direction.

Sometimes they don't answer on time. But when contacting Student Support Services via telephone they are helpful. I would recommend Open Colleges as on a whole I found them friendly and knowledgable.

This exclusive bookkeeping pathway program is a combination of three accounting qualifications within a single program designed to meet the needs of today’s accounting industry:FNS40215 Certificate IV in BookkeepingFNS50215 Diploma of Accounting (General stream or Tax stream)FNS60215 Advanced Diploma of Accounting (General stream or Managerial Accounting stream or Tax stream)This now means that you don’t need to have any specific bookkeeping experience to enrol in this program. Upon completion you could use your qualifications to find work in a senior accounting or financial role. An extra benefit of this pathway program is that you’ll save a significant amount in tuition fees than enrolling in each course separately. This program meets the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) education requirements for registered BAS (Business Activity Statements) agents (provided you complete the relevant, elective units - see below for more details) as well as allowing you to partially complete the requirements to become a registered Tax Agent.
