This half day course is designed to provide care staff with the knowledge required to differentiate between professional and personal relationships in the workplace.  Care is an area of work particularly vulnerable to inappropriate attachments being made and staff and managers require support to ensure that they are aware of the expectations of the service and avoid any potential safeguarding issues.
