Course review:
Bra Fitting for Retail The lingerie market has grown steadily over the past few years, and for many this has meant increasing competition. The Bra Fitting course for Retail is your opportunity to stay ahead of the competitive by being able to establish your customer's needs and achieve that perfect fit. According to a recent WHICH report, supported by DMU, many retail outlets were actually fitting customers with the wrong size bras. Combined with the increasing number of women who are now wearing at least a D-cup, it is now more important than ever that manufacturers and retailers offer good quality, well-fitting bras.
Course Aims:
How do you assess whether a bra is ‘fit for purpose?’ How can you ensure the best possible fit? How can you rationalise the variety of styles and sizes in the marketplace? Objectives: By the end of the course you should: Understand natural and commercial body sizing Recognise the technical rules that industry use Have practised different fitting methods Recognise good bras from bad Be aware of future developments Exchange good practice Essential Equipment All equipment is provided, however, please feel free to bring along any bras that you consider a problem to fit.
