Can be attended after the Just Bread course, or on its own.
This course is best split between an evening and the following morning, to appreciate the slower process of using a starter without added yeast.
Using a supplied starter you will make a selection of wheat and rye loaves, plus English muffins.
You will see that the sourdough process can be quite simple to master and to include within a busy schedule.
All equipment, refreshments and brunch are provided.
