The British Autogenic Society (BAS) is the professional and educational organisation for Autogenic Therapists in the United Kingdom. We have been established since 1984, and remain the first port of call for anyone wishing to know more about Autogenic Therapy in the UK. Autogenic Therapy is sometimes known as Autogenic Training, or AT.
