Course programme
The School of Engineering offers a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering that can be attained by transferring credits earned in an information technology associate’s degree program (60 credit-hours) and completing the remaining prescribed major courses (additional 63 credit-hours) for a total of 123 semester-credit-hours.
Students may complete all 123 semester-credit-hours by combining core courses (105 semester-credit-hours) and prescribed major courses of a specific engineering concentration (18 semester-credit-hours). Students can either major in Software Engineering or Network Engineering.
Many graduates continue their education through the Masters in Computer Engineering program at Atlantis University. There is also a combined B.S./M.S. program that enables eligible undergraduates to complete both degrees sooner and more quickly enter the workforce.
What you’ll learnThose who complete this program will have a thorough grounding in the practices of computer engineering and the scientific and mathematical principles upon which they are built. They can choose to pursue careers in industry, government, or academia
AU graduates are equipped to become successful engineers, scientists, or educators who demonstrate strong leadership, technical prowess, and team skills. We also encourage enrollees to commit to continued professional development.
