BSL Level 3 (NVQ)

Course review:

This programme is for the learning needs of those who already have achieved BSL Level 2, seeking to widen their sign language vocabulary, range of knowledge and ability.

Course content includes:

Unit 311 (Receptive) Understand varied BSL in a range of work/social situations.

Unit 312 (Productive) Use varied BSL in a range of work/social situations.

Topics include: following uncomplicated negotiations and understanding main points of media broadcasts, also negotiating, exchanging and presenting information. After initial language coaching, the portfolio building requires candidates to provide evidence that demonstrates competence to the internal A1 and IV Assessors.
