Who is the course for?
This course is designed to provide the education and training of IT Practitioners who are employed or wish to be employed in a variety of types of IT support roles.
Entry requirements
An average of Grade D in 3 or more GCSEs including English or passed a Level 1 vocational programme with a merit/distinction grade. You may also be asked to demonstrate your commitment and skills in an interview. If you do not have the required entry qualifications there will be an opportunity for you to demonstrate your abilities to undertake the course.
