You will gain an insight into the business, retail and administration sector and look at customer service, finance, social responsibility and health and safety at work.

These units will give you an introduction to the world of work and will also help you decide on your future career.

Assessment The course is assessed via a variety of case studies and assignments. Progression This course will prepare you for the BTEC First Diploma in Business or an Apprenticeship in Administration.
